In its judgment of May 12, 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - Liability for links, the Hamburg Regional Court ruled that the inclusion of a link may entail co-responsibility for the content of the linked page. This can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these contents. We hereby expressly distance ourselves from all contents of all linked pages that were changed after the link was created. This statement applies to all links set within our own website. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information, only the provider of the page to which reference is made is liable, not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
